You may use the public site for lawful business research. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit false or harmful information, or use automated access in a way that disrupts availability. Public access does not grant ownership of FootprintEdge software, scoring logic, presentation, or branding.
Signals are not guarantees
FootprintEdge derives commercial intelligence from public records and other cited evidence. A filing, score, stage, vendor window, or suggested action does not guarantee that a location will open, when it will open, whether a project will finish, or whether a business will buy anything. Verify the underlying evidence and use your own judgment before acting.
No professional advice
The service provides general commercial research. It is not legal, financial, credit, employment, real-estate, safety, or regulatory advice, and it must not be used to make eligibility decisions about individuals.
Pre-launch access and pricing
Customer accounts and billing are not active. Displayed plans and prices describe intended launch options and are not a charge or a promise of availability. Submitting an interest form does not create a paid subscription, and no payment is collected today.
Availability and corrections
Public sources can be delayed, incomplete, amended, or unavailable. We may correct, update, or remove intelligence and may change or suspend the public service. Use the Contact & Support page for current correction instructions.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the public service is provided as available without warranties, and FootprintEdge is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from reliance on a signal or interruption of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
